Our History
EB Communications, LLC was organized in 2012 by new owners to allow ongoing sales and support of products and services formerly provided by Executive Business Communications. The new owners were employees of Executive Business Communications.
EB Communications, LLC will honor all warranties and service contracts established with Executive Business Communications, Inc. and will continue to service equipment purchased from Executive Business Communications, Inc. and Executone of the Black Hills, Inc.
EB Communications, LLC has been servicing western South Dakota and northeastern Wyoming since 1977. We are located in Spearfish, South Dakota on the northern edge of the Black Hills. Our company started out as Executone of the Black Hills, Inc. in 1977 and was an authorized dealer of Executone phone systems, nurse call equipment, and paging systems. In 2000, we changed our name to Executive Business Communications, Inc. and in 2002, became an authorized dealer of the Iwatsu and ICON Voice Networks line of equipment and solutions. In 2014, we added the Samsung telephone systems to our product line and in 2015, the Ericsson-LG iPECS systems were added. In 2016, we added SIP trunks and hosted solutions to our line-up.
Our office hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. All times are Mountain Time Zone.
