A. Unless you originally bought the phone from us, we don't normally repair this sort of item. Unfortunately, most consumer grade electronics devices are now throw-away items since it is usually less expensive to replace the item than to repair it.

A. We believe we can better meet your needs by talking to you individually on the phone or in person. The specialized nature of a telephone system makes it much more practical to go over different packages or incentives in person or on the phone.
